I'm about 100% positive the theme song was by Joe Perry from Aerosmith unless there was another cartoon.

Hated most of the Hulk, Iron Man and FF eps, though the guest spots of Thor and such had me tuned in. Spider man was well reitten but poorly animated. The theme song was Steve Vai!

when they came out, most looked pretty sorry compared to Batman the Animated Series.

Spider-Man (though the stories were sometimes rehashed comic stories that were twisted around)....I loved that show!

Iron man was cool (could have done without that lame music and when the second season came with better art I liked it better, though less super heroes). I liked how the Julia Carpenter Spider-Woman became popular from that show!! and lets not forget Paralax...or whatever that guy's name was. The "sorcerer" hero of the show with the cool magic staff that vanished into Marvel oblivion and was never seen again.

The 90's X-Men was the best!!

I spent many, many dollars hunting down good quality copies of these entire episodes on DVD. I hope someday they officially release "THE ENTIRE" season on DVD not just little shows.

The Avengers? That to me sucked. Armored heroes? Nah....

Fantastic Four...That was OK but the music intro was annoying once again. By the time it got into a 2nd series with a better artist I liked it. I could have done without the annoying Crystal, "OH Johnny! I LOVE YOU" voice. UGH!!!!

The Incredible Hulk was a good show, especially when they added the Gray Hulk and I didn't care too much for She-Hulk being the guest star toward the end.
I love the way the Leader was portrayed. Sad that they reverted him back to his goofy original popsicle head look in the comic books. I thought he looked more scary tall with a big brain and armor.

          Lets not forget DC.....

I loved Batman the Animated Series. Kevin Conroy's voice was the Batman and the way that show took on the first Batman movie theme idea with the "non existing time frame" setting was really cool.

The Superman Animated Series was also a favorite of mine. I didn't like it as much as the others but it was a classic.

Spiderman and His Amazing Friends. I watched that religiously every Saturday morning.

I remember the original Spiderman cartoon, and it's great theme song, although I thought that their version of Aunt May was waaaay too nosey.

I kind of lost interest in X-men because they took forever to resolve story lines, or went off on different tangents and forgot the storyline altogether.

I wanted them to do a New Mutants cartoon, but sadly, they never did.

I kind of liked the newer version of Spiderman, if only because of the Kingpin's show of one upmanship with JJJ when it came to Peter and Mary Jane's wedding.

I forget who did his voice, but it was a very well known actor. Very distinctive voice.

I'll have to look it up later.

              Just like the X-Men comics.

                All too true.

Oh, the actor's name was Roscoe Lee Browne.

Great actor with a great voice.

                  Hmmmm....

I've noticed a LOT of love for the 90's X-Men cartoon. Weird.... I always thought it was kinda overwrought and poorly animated, although part of the latter is explainable. (It's the third point):

I thought the Spiderman and friends series was probably the best produced, but as said earlier the X-men was the best for storline. My favorite character was Iron Man but I was disappointed in the overall outcome of the series. All the rest were medicore. Scott

The Marvel toy spin-offs were SUPER, especially the IronMan, Spiderman, and FF (villains, Inhumans, etc..). GREAT diversity..!!

Didn't care much for the actual shows and open credits. Its when you 'TRY' to like something, but it just didn't work...:

                        - Started watching Avengers, was bored quickly and didn't like all the armoring.
                        - Ironman was alright, but didn't find it exciting enought (good graphics..).
                        - As for FF, didn't see it much back then, but checked out the DVD box set in Kuwait last year.. Fell asleep way too often.

Overall, very very bland offerings, which is tough for a core-Marvellite like myself to say. I STILL prefer to go back to the '60s cartoons.

Batman Animated was SO MUCH better done with innovative animation and very clever writing.
