My brother says that Wonder Woman has another name besides Diana or Diana Prince. Is this true? What is it?

The new show is referring to her as Diana Themyscira.
Themyscira of course is the Island of the Amazons in the DCU. Which was previously named Paradise Island prior to the Perez reboot in 1987.Comment

Orana and Artemis both filled in as "Wonder Woman" so that's a possibility also....Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!Comment

I read somewhere that WW's going to have three identities on the new show:
- Wonder Woman -- no need to explain.
- Diana Themyscira -- sort of a public, non-costumed ID for WW (think like Robert Downey Jr's Tony Stark) for when she's representing her corporation, running meetings at the company, talking to the press, doing publicity/charity, etc.
- Diana Prince -- WW's secret ID she can go out in the world unrecognized under.

I love my brother but he's a flipping idiot! He swore this was a question on Jeopardy. His wife reminded him that this wasn't a name they were talking about, but "the lasso of truth"!
I don't him not to ever think he knows more about comic books than I do! (and I don't know much, so you can imagine what he knows!)

You can tell your brother that the creator of Wonder Woman, Dr. William Moulton Marston, is also credited with the invention of the lie detector. So Wonder Woman's lasso of truth makes even more sense!
