    Superman on B&B!

I think that had to have more geek easter eggs than any episode yet. A lot of Sliver Age fun, with some modern age stuff thrown in (DKR!?!).

Man, it's good to have this show back. I love it. Loved the opener too.

Did this air in the US? I so wanted to see this. I'll have to DL it I suppose.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

The whole bit with Supes shaking Kandor and yelling "earthquake!" was just funny.

Scott, it did air in the US last night. First new US aired episode in like, forever.

My son kept asking me "was that from the comics?" and I kept saying "YES!" over and over.

I liked Superman's design too. Wayne Boring/Curt Swan and maybe a bit of Joe Shuster and Al Plastino too.

            Mayor Swan...AWESOME!

The episode made me want a Superman series done with the same sensibility.

I think the great lesson of Brave and Bold is that our favorite super heroes can be fun and good stories can be told without taking them totally seriously.

Yea I love all in the "in" jokes and when Batman said I don't have this much trouble with Bat-Mite was great!

Their mxyzptlk was clearly modelled on Evan Dorkin's designs, which I loved.

No doubt the direct influence, but Mxy did indeed look like that briefly in the Silver Age. Right about the time they switched form the three-piece suit to the more famous outfit he wore on B&B (and for Mego). I didn't know this until I picked up the first Superman Showcase Presents volume.
