He was in the Scott Pilgrim movie, so at least he's doing some acting. I kind of feel bad for the guy--I don't blame him in the least for any shortcomings that Superman Returns might have had.

He's unfortunately tied to a movie that underperformed for Warners. I thought he did a fine job, given the fact that he was really playing someone else's version of Superman, and in may folks eyes (mine included) THE Superman.

He was Good in Scott Pilgrim actually looked more diesel than he did as Superman. Hope he moves on to better projects.

Brandon Routh looks like Chris Reeve's Superman...Henry Cavill looks like the comic book Superman.

Chris Reeve looked like the comic Superman too. Moreso than anyone who played him before or since.

But Cavill has a Curt Swan-ish face. Chris Reeve looked more like a Neal Adams,Dick Giordano/Jose Garcia Lopez Superman.
