    My son chooses Bucky

So Andrew gets a belated birthday card through the mail for his 6th birthday, and inside is a $10 Wal-Mart card. We take him to the local WM, and he puruses the Transformers, the Ben 10s, the Star Wars, the Spidey 3 figures, etc. I notice a new Marvel Legend on the shelf (the Black Knight) and digging through, I find Bucky. Sold. Andrew doesn't want to hear anything else about it. That's what he wants.

Of course when we got home he wanted to watch my old tapes of Cap and Bucky from the 60s Marvel Super Heroes toon. And I had to read him "The Origin of Captain America" at bed time, even though he'd just watched the exact same version, almost verbatim, on TV.

But when he grabbed that figure from my hand, I thought to myself "You've raised this kid right."
