I sense a lawsuit from Marvel coming. And maybe one from DC over Blue Beetle, although his ownership is in question (the actual GA BB, not the Charlton one).

I'm not a comic art connoisseur by any means, I can tell whose style I hate much easier than name everyone I like. This just looks awfully crude and amateurish to me. The head on the guy in front looks like it was cut and pasted from something else.Comment

Marvel, DC, and others tried to shut down Super Powers and got pretty much squat accomplished (short of forcing them to just put SP on the cover and some of the character names had to be rejigged). Seems anybody can run rampant with these characters now.

Shocker has actually managed to get product out of late. I saw one of their figures at TRU. I was so...shocked by seeing it I forgot who it was! Madman, maybe?
But yeah, they were the company that showed up at Toy Fair for years with just a head to display or something.
