The Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul

    Hey guys,

Well for me atleast, The Batman mega cross over I have been waiting for. ... I try not to buy too many of these things,.. & latley the Bat books have been dead to me,.. however, Good Old Ra's is comming back, & It's in the form of the Batman cross over, threwout the Batworld books. Tony Daniel Draws the 1st issue in Batman, personally I like his art work he's come along way from the image books he drew so long ago. 2nd issue is in Robin 168. Robin has a well deserved showdown , rematch if you will with Bruces brat son Damion. Is it me,.. or does Bat's need to seriously spank this kid ? Nighwing 138 is the next issue,.. comes out next week. Sorry for the ramble, but Ra's Al Ghul is my favorite Batman Villian, & After the 1st 2 issues I seem to be feaning more. Anyone else reading ?

I've passed the last few Books.I also kinda lost interest in the Bats but that never last long with me. If Tony Daniel is drawing it I'll defo pick it up. Tony's work has gotten better and better over the years. I liked his book The Tenth when he was at Image.

I'm never really interested in story arcs that move across different books with different creative teams, but I'll definitely be following Grant Morrison's chapters in the pages of Batman (and Paul Dini's Detective if that is involved in the crossover).

I'm really liking what they are doing with Batman's son Damian. He's shaping up to be quite an enjoyable and unpredictable character.

I too will be picking up ALL of these...I've been a Fan of the Character since O'Neal & Adams created Ra's! I had to add Robin back on, because that's part 2....and told My Comic Shop to make sure I don't miss any.

Also thought Daniel's Art looked pretty good in Batman(part 1).

            WHAT?

You can't tell me that the 3 issue Club of Heroes arc wasn't freaking awesome! Come on, man!

Been tempted to get Morrison's Batstuff in TPB format. No interest in following the latest megacrossover. It brings back bad memories of Knightfall and the triangle numbered Superman books.

I enjoyed this one too...loved Morrison's modern take on the goofy old League of Batmen!

The Bat-books have been MUCH better than they were in the previous 5-6 years. Morrison's run hasn't wowed me like I thought it would, but it's still been a good, solid run. "The Club of Heroes" arc was great. Tying into such long forgotten stories was great for an old fanboy like myself! Dini's Detective run has been some of best Batman stories in years.

I haven't got my comics in this month, so I haven't read the Ra's storyline yet. I'm picking up Robin for this crossover, and keeping it afterwards, since Chuck Dixon is coming back! Woo!!!

The return of Ra's Al Ghul is definitely a cool idea. I like it so far and I'm hoping for a fun ride. Since I already have all the Bat-books on my pull list, this is easy for me.
I also play with other dolls:
