Somewhere here there is a joke to be made around the fact that Kevin Spacey played both Lex Luthor and John Doe in Se7en, but i've just woken up and can barely string words together let alone weave some semblance of wit.

I'll let you guys workshop it, just remember the punchline is "What's in the Boooox!"

For more fun...Keven Spacey was in Fred Clause... where all he wanted for Xmas was a Superman cape.

Ha! It makes you wonder if the Super-team didn't plan this to work this way in a longbox. Those guys were really cracking in those days. Great run of Superman there.

              The Spacey connection was priceless.

At the time, I remember thinking "Yeah... Whatever" when I saw that cover. Having grown up in the Julie Schwartz era which also had it's fair share of Mort Weisinger era reprints, hadn't we already seen every variation on "Lois finds out Clark is Superman"... including the second movie?

In retrospect, that really was a game changer in the Superman mythos and helped make the contemporary Lois much more relevant as his full partner and confident.

I hope they never "un-do" the Clark/Lois marriage like they did Peter/MJ. Clark and Lois (or Lois and Clark) are obviously MEANT to be together, and the modern take is a refreshing change from the interloping pain Lois was often portrayed at. And Superman's inability to commit to her made him look a tool as well.
