DC Comics will publish reader letters again

The last published letters page was only 10 years ago...some how I thought it was longer then that...hmmm.

Why do you suck? Would it be possible for you to move on to another series that I don't like or read? That way you can have fun ruining it and nobody will care. It's a win/win situation.

Probably a page less story; it'll help the artists meet deadlines. Funny though, with the interweb a letters page is pretty much superfluous. I wonder why they brought it back? Maybe anticipating a lot of casual readers who don't keep up with every little blurb on the nerd sites?

I love reading the letter pages in the older comics...finding letters from the likes of Mark Waid, Mark Gruenwald, Kurt Busiek and others. Even found a letters page that has a letter from Beatles Author Bruce Spizer.

I don't really see the point of a letters page these days...especially the way comics are going these days. They probably will cut one more page of story.

I wonder if any of the old letter hacks will return? T.M. Maple. Kent Phenis, Delmo "The Saint" Walters, Karen and Alicia Wu are some of the name I remember...

Oh yeah, good ol' T.M. Maple...that guy wrote a lot of letters. I haven't read monthly comics in so long that I wasn't aware that letter pages have been gone for 10 years!

OMG...T.M. Maple...Haven't heard or thought of that in a LONG time.

Somehow the thought of a Letters Page now, in this age, doesn't make sense and doesn't feel like it would have the same impact...it might just be me though.

It is a neat idea to bring it back. They still have reader's comments in mainstream magazines, so why not still in comics?
