Wow! The Bold mid-riff certainly would have been a bold choice for the times. Particularly since he was proposing this as a role-model for girls.

That is beyond awesome. Wonder Woman eventually switched to similar footwear while Peter was still working on Wonder Woman.

What a piece of comic history. I can't imagine what that will bring at auction!
