I'm in almost %100 agreement with Anthony...but he lost lost me with "King Tut".

Is Denny O'Neil still alive? If so, get the Man back and pay him whatever he wants. Kick Morrison out the Door and NOW(and pretend Batman INC never existed!).! Get Marshall Rogers back, but don't let Terry Austin ink it, he's lost it and gotten lazy...have Scott Williams ink it.But also keep Tony Daniel, or Bryan Hitch. Bring back Silver Saint Cloud as Bruce's love interest.(and pretend Batman INC never existed!).

Dick goes back to being Nightwing(but with a more Bat-like Costume)Tim continues to be Red Robin(I like the Costume, and he's grown up a lot and is doing fine on his own). Kill Damien, and have NO Robin for awhile. Again...Batman works solo...no JLA. Let Nightwing join if he wants to...he's earned the right.

Let BATMAN go back to be dark and scary again...and maybe a bit meaner(let him break a few Bones).

These books I would read! Ratchet up the stakes and take them to a very logical conclusion.

Although I'm suspecting that with the success of Geoff John's creation of an insane amount of Lanterns of all colours (and thus an incredibly successful merchandising program, not to mention spinoff books etc), they are hoping to replicate that success with bringing back the concept of Batman around the world (ala the fifties).

Love how the Damian idea dovetails from the Batman Inc concept, and I can see it going kind of Shadowland/Daredevil, given how badly Damian often interprets the external trappings of Batman via that Al Ghul family filter.

Eventually the relatives of the deceased would ban together to sue Bruce, which would ultimately cripple Batman Inc.

I would use the resulting war between Ra's and Batman to thin the ranks of the "Batman Family," and set a new landscape for all the characters.

Dick, Barbara, Jim Gordon and Tim would survive, but they would be severely alienated from Bruce.

Dick would cut ties with Bruce and be on his own without the Wayne wealth behind him. He and Alfred would probably head to San Francisco to work with the Titans

Barbara would be uncovered as Oracle and be forced to work for Checkmate as a plea bargain for various hacker crimes committed. She'd be running the place in no time.

Tim would take over Ra's organization, but try to re-focus it from the inside to be more of a Robin Hood-type global force.

Jim would still be running PD in Gotham.

Bruce would realize what he's good at. Concentrating on Gotham City.

I've always thought Jason was the perfect guy to arch Dick rather than go chasing after Bruce all the time, but we've yet to see a really satisfying face-off between these two. Bruce Jones Nightwing arc was a bit of a misfire and Morrison wasn't really interested in setting Red Hood against Batman so much as throwing him into the pot to show how nasty the new rogues he invented are as a response.

I know folks will bristle at this idea, but given how well received the Red Hood movie was, as well as the recent Red Hood mini, I would hand Nightwing/Red Hood over to Judd Winick and see what he came up with. He obviously loves both characters and doesn't really flinch when it comes to some of the harder stuff.

I'd be so tempted to start over from scratch. But seeing as how that will muck everything else DC has going on,I won't. I will however bring in Paul Dini as writer.Let him go with how the first season of Batman:TAS went. And tell him he can use all of the gangster stories he wants. Maybe bring in his buddy Bruce Timm to do art chores.
