With Geoff Johns as creative consultant, I'm sure they will be seeding in all kinds of Easter Eggs for potential future storylines.

Johns always described Blackest Night as the finale to his "Lord of the Rings" style GL trilogy. Perhaps we'll be seeing this in cinematic format! Sinestro War as part two and Blackest Night as part three of the movie trilogy. The SFX technology is certainly here now to accomplish that. Here's hoping that the first film does boffo at the box office.

I'm really hoping they spin the "New Guardians" out into it's own book by Johns. Loving the interactions between Sinestro, Larfleeze, Atrocitus, Hal and Carol.
