Go pick up Ultimate Thor #1

One of the best superhero books I've read in a while. They are setting up some really cool stuff, including the Nazis vs Norse Gods, which seems to be leading up to Ultimate Thor's origins and how he ended up where he was in the original Ultimates series.



Jonathan Hickman is really great at mining history and feeding it into the Marvel Universe on his titles.

I'm also really digging Leonardo Da Vinci: Agent of SHIELD right now as well.

Ultimate Thor was quite good. I got into the Ultimate series late in the game. I've caught up with Ultimate Spidey and The Ultimates.

I like what they are doing with this universe.

I picked it up and then put it back....with the exception of The Ultimates (and then only when handled by Millar) I have a hard time getting in to the Ultimate Universe

I thought it was pretty good. I really liked the idea of a "Warriors 3" that includes Thor, Balder, & Loki.

I'm happy to hear that I'm not the only one enjoying Galileo VS Galactus!




To hear it, sounds incredibly absurd, but the creative team is really pulling this Secret Conspiracy of the Marvel Universe off quite well. And it makes perfect sense for the father's of Iron Man and Mr Fantastic to be part of this grand tapestry that they are creating for SHIELD as well.

Plus: The Ancient Egyptian Version of Captain America fighting The Brood! Why isn't anyone customizing this?
