Swamp Thing: The Series hits DVD

Swamp Thing DVD news: Press Release & Cover Art for Swamp Thing - Seasons 1 & 2 | TVShowsOnDVD.com

I really liked this show when it originally aired, despite it's budget, it took the character seriously.

Wasn't this on the USA network? I remember not having cable while this was running. I think I saw like one episode - and it rocked!

Now if we can just get the Batman TV series and Six Million Dollar Man on DVD!

          This is a must have....
          "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn"

In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.

it never ceases to amaze me that people involved in disputes like this can't put aside thier differences to make more money. Each side is so busy arguing why they have the rights they can't just agree to split the cash and release it

I hear you. I was very sad when I read that apparently the late William Dozier's daughter had found a contract or a will that entitled her to royalties or rights to the series.

And then to read the latest on why the Six Million Dollar Man is not on DVD yet! Unbelievable!

Same thing in anime with Macross Carl macek and big west/Studio Nue's contract disputes have prevented several great products from legal US release creating a huge ebay import market for boots from china and thailand
