I think he turned good when Superman released him from the Zone and took the Gold K hit that another villain had intended for Superman.
Quex-Ul figures prominently in the early 80s mini-series "The Phantom Zone" by Steve Gerber and Gene Colan...I haven't read that in ages....Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!Comment
