Yeah, those look nice.
I honestly think we'll see him in it. They've gone farther with it than I thought they would. And the original producers, with their "no flights, no tights" edict are long gone. Welling seems somewhat apprehensive, but not totally opposed to it like everyone thought for the last 10 years.
It's definitely based on the Superman Returns suit, but it seems that the reds are less maroon-ish than Routh's suit. I would have preferred a more traditional suit, but I'm betting WB let them use the SR type suit since they have no intention of revisiting that version ever again.

Very cool indeed. I hope Rosenbaum is back as Lex. The Chloe sample with Dr. Fate was interesting too.
Again, because I never really read Superman is, I think, the reason why I loved this show since day 1. It looks like it will definitely go out with a bang this season. Is it asking too much to bring this cast into a Re-Re-Boot of a movie. Routh was horrible as Supes. I said it back in Season 5/6 that they should have had Welling/Clark walk off into Metropolis and that should have been the lead in to a new version of Supes on the Big Screen...would have been perfect."When not too many people can see we're all the same

Wow...you think 2 actors like those, that basically have done nothing since they left, would be clamoring to get back in for the last season. I think Kruek has done one movie since...Street Fighter Chun Li story or something like that. Amen on Kreuk. It's not really the actress, but the character of Lana was beyond loathsome. Her exit as a Kryptonite-radiating heroine was just plain dumb too. One of the low points of the series. Rosenbaum, I would love to see come back. I wasn't sure the show could go on without him, and the first season with no Lex was rough, but they've proven they can do it. I'd still like him to come in for the last handful of episodes and just go all bad arse.
