It looks like the initial episodes are based as much on the breakout of the prisoners on the Raft from New Avengers as it is on the classic Lee/Kirby stuff.

The animation has the same look and vibe that Spectacular Spider-Man had. I liked that series for the most part, so I'll definitely give this a look when it airs.
