It's actually the latter two that I'm a little dissappointed Paul Jenkins did not have a chance to explore. There was a great deal of build-up to it, and the MPD aspect of Banner's personality was bult upon Peter David's work, however the title changed direction (probably due to the movie being green-lit) before the Devil Hulk manifested.Comment

Yeah, being a Hulk fan makes me leary of this, but, it's in Hulk's own nature that he changes,(The Maestro, and Mindless Hulk in #300 being my absolute favorites besides savage Hulk, how can you not like savage Hulk?) it's essential to the character completely. From what I've heard/gathered is turning red is due an ancient and select breed of person that embodies a red entity, anyone red colored, red gifted, type of person.
It's supposed to explain how Brian Banner survived the nuclear chamber he was testing in WWII that killed everyone else trapped inside during a failed experiment (It seems to happen to the name alot!
)
It explains how his son Bruce, almost 25 years later survived a gamma bomb shockwave while saving a young man on the test site, it's supposed to explain why the linneage survived.
Now if this sucks I can have safe assurance for 2 reasons,
1.)Conan is monthly AND UNCENSORED!
2.)It will only be a arc I think, Hulk won't stay red and Spiderman won't stay black, it's just something new! If I don't like it I'll get the issues anyways cause I'm only under 50 issues away from having the complete Hulk series crossovers, comics tales to astonish etc, etc.
So I'm positive for a few reasons and skeptical for less.
