Green Lantern Spoiler/Theory

Not sure if this has been put out there yet...but I think the individual who is responsible for capturing the various Power Ring Entities lately over in "Green Lantern" and "Green Lantern Corps" may be the old GL foe Myrwhydden...

1) He appears to be diminuitive in stature
2) He appears to have Green Lantern energy shackles around his feet
3) He was last seen imprisoned on Oa back in 1991
4) Geoff Johns seems to love dusting off these old GL foes (Black Hand, Hector Hammond) and making them serious threats

Could be...plus he was imprisoned for years inside the power ring, so he would probably have insight into it's inner workings.

I was wrong.....It is Krona. That seemed too easy so I'm surprised that Johns went there instead of doing something different like Myrwhydden...Oh well, he makes the big bucks and I don't

Johns didn't really play fair with this one. Krona was a full-sized dude if not a big hulking guy in every other appearance.

^ Yeah supposedly the Guardians destroyed his body and I guess he's regenerating but you're right, Johns wasn't playing fair....

I was a bit disappointed to see Krona...I had hopes for ol' Myrwiddy!

Actually, I'd be glad to see this all come to an end soon...getting a bit tired of big old mean Parallax getting his butt kicked issue after issue. Sometimes I think Johns has so much going he forgets who is supposed to be a big bad & who isn't. Lar-Fleeze for example, the Guardians were supposed to be in fear of his whole sector, and now he's treated as the new G'Nort. I'd prefer a few months at least of Hal fighting earth bound villains. Bring back the Lamplighter!

^ Yeah it's becoming to much of a space opera IMO....But of course they won't stop....They have to carry the momentum through the release of the movie
