More than likely, if anything, it's a quick scene in the book, but since Finch is writing/drawing a new Batman title and is also the cover artist on Brightest Day, DC figured they'd bump up some sales with a variant cover

I'd be pretty sure this is just a white Lantern variant...so far they've been on the Brightest Day books only (Aquaman , this week Firestorm) but I see there's a Hawkman one for this weeks JSA, so I'm guessing they're just doing the round & Supey, WW, Flash, GA, etc will be coming as well.
