Brightest Day #7

It feels like they are finally getting somewhere with this after a slow burn to start. I'm feeling like I should be reading this in trade format instead. The mystery up to this point hasn't felt quite as compelling as it should have, and then all of a sudden everyone is handed missions all at once.

I also really like the fact that what is going on with Maxwell Lord is more than meets the eye with the former JLI members chasing after him. His mission is to stop Kingdom Come! (Can we assume Magog's series is getting canceled?).

I hope they have a better arc for Hawk and Dove than the throw the boomerang/catch the boomerang thing. They have always been characters I really want to like, but never quite have any story that I'd care to follow.

I thought Magog was already over, they were finishing the storyline in a Special or Annual. Never bought it anyway, stupid idea, just as is the All-Stars team book.

This issue of BD should have been the first issue, avoiding all that nonsense crapola. "Eat a Cheesburger"..bah! What drivel!

What # is Generations lost on ? ... I feel as if I am missing an issue or 2 ..., I only have to issue 5 , I think .. But I read to issue 7 of Brightest Day Last Night.

I really like Deadman as the White Lantern.
I might be in the Minority here, but I think it's fantastic.
I hope they don't find someone else to be The White Lantern.

The story with Him Running around with Hawk & Dove, is neat stuff to me...


The Black Lantern FireStorm Being trapped with Ronnie and Jason is Neat ..., Also the fact that Jason & Ronnie just flipped roles, is cool too.

Generations Lost is at #6....one issue behind Brightest Day I think, so Gen Lost #7 should be out this week
