Gardner was originally a school-teacher, right? What ever happened to that?

I believe he was a high school gym teacher. There was a one shot in the 90s called "Detention Comics" that had 3 stories, one of them was a Guy Gardner:Warrior tale where he was a substitute teacher. That was during that funky alien Warrior phase.

They also retconned Gardner as a prison counselor in one of the Emerald Dawn minis, and kind of planted seeds of his "other personality" there. I'm pretty sure this one's no longer in continuity.

Has Gardner's and Hal's ex Kari Limbo or whatever her name is, been seen since Guy's coma and brain damage?
