Not bad! Looks like all the classic guys are there. This will be the first toon Cap has been a regular on since 1967.
Oddly enough, it kind of looks like a "serious" version of Super Hero Squad. The fact that both exist at the same time on different networks is something you don't see too often.
Looks good. Nods to old school fans while still being fun and kid friendly. I liked that Cap is in his classic uniform.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
Wow! Looks like one of the most true-to-comics Avengers cartoons ever. Hopefully this will be a showcase for many other Marvel characters as well given the fact that there are nods to Punisher, Black Widow, Man Thing and Nick Fury.
Excited but aprehensive... definitely looks worlds better than the Fox version. Love that they're using the the founding members. The theme music seems a bit cheesey, however and makes me wonderif the treatment will be too "teen." I was hoping for the treatment given in JLU. I'll wait, of course, unti I actually see it before I pass any real judgment.
That looks really good. NOt only do they have the originals, but they threw in Hawkeye and Black Panther. How cool is that? I'm a DC guy all the way, but Avengers was always myfavorite Marvel title back in the early 80's with Perez, Byrne. This looks like fun.

I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.
Yeah.... kinda. I find a lot of the superhero cartoons have a bad habit of sneaking in as much nerdwank as possible; to the point it muddles things up. For the Avengers, they added the unneccessary plot about all the escaped bad guys. Er.... it's the Marvel universe; you don't need an excuse for a bad guy to show up! Not that it's a BIG deal, but it does kinda take away from the individuality of the bad guys. Heck; the Black Panther episode already ignored it.
Its not a bad show, but the writing comes across as a tad...weak...at times. I still dont like the replacing of Nazis with Hydra either, in the Cap film or here. In ten years kids wont know who the Nazis were and think Hydra started WWII!!! I dont get this recent turn towards trying to erase the Nazis from history? They were unfortunately very real, and truly evil. I see no reason to PC them into the trash can....are people afraid they might insult them or something??
Arnim Zolas doughboys in the Cap rescue episode were wayyy too Super Friends for my liking as well. I too am a DC guy, but always liked Marvels Core characters and Cap is a big favourite, so its neat to see them together as they should be for, what is really, the first time. Just wish it was a little more Kirby Marvel, and a lot less modern Marvel!
I like it alot. Though I like the 90's one equally well. they portrayed deferent eras/different takes on the team. As far as I know they still haven't release the 90]s version on DVD in the US so I bought a UK copy and ripped it to a NTSC DVD.
Been watching this on Disney XD and it's been pretty cool for the most part.
(Really don't like the theme song, though... )
Don't know what the deal is with Nick Fury in the cartoon... it's like they couldn't decide whether to use the classic Marvel version or the Ultimates version, so they just amalgamated the two.
