Looks too slick and space age. Needs to be more rough and gritty like the Vikings. I knew it was going to be like this when Thor's hammer (Mjolnir) showed up in Iron man. I thought it needed to look more rough.Comment

Dude, what comic book did you read? THIS is the comic I read when I first started reading Thor. When did Asgard ever look rough and tumble or more Viking like you want it to be?? Did you ever watch the Marvel Cartoons when you were a kid? I think this is gonna be incredible if the rest of the movie looks half as good as that pic. So far it looks to be like they got everything they wanted. Brannagh as the Director, which in my opinion, is the only guy that would be able to do a story like Thor any justice...The guy playing Loki looks like the character in the comic...and Hopkins as Odin is just perfect. I can't wait to see this movie when it comes out. Has anyone seen any pics of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster yet?"When not too many people can see we're all the same

Berto, It's good but doesn't have that lived in feeling to it. It's too shiny and new. Too antiseptic. They could use some animal trophies, or pelts. The place could use some curtains and flag banners. Refer to the Golden Hall in The Two Towers film. The Riders of Rohan were always described as Vikings of the Plains; Vikings who had horses instead of ships. They emulated the Viking style in that film. We need a little of that here.Comment
