Looks interesting, love the Joe Jusko cover...must be based only on the first book. Don't see ERB name in there anywhere though.
And not done by Alex Ross either, which is refreshing..his cover is the least of the lot IMHO!

One of my favorite books ever.

Actually, the Ross cover is the only one that really looks the way I picture the Carter adventures looking . . . Although in none of the covers do the green men's eyes look right to me.

Love the Jusko Cover! Very evocative homage of Frazetta.


J Scott Campbell's is lovely as well.


I can't wait for the inevitable Adam Hughes and Frank Cho covers. I think both their versions of Dejah Thoris are spectacular.

Jusko did some beautiful John Carter art in his ERB card sets (Tarzan Too!). It would be great to see him do a special or annual. I think he's really only done a Vampirella Special & Tomb Raider.

Never read "John Carter Of Mars"...but I've read all of Edgar Rice Burrough’s Tarzan Books. He's one of my favorite Writers.

I really liked his Vampirella, although I'm not much of a Tomb Raider fan (the art did look cool though).

I would love to see him do interiors for a Tarzan or John Carter comic (his Sheena covers are great as well).
