I think Byrne has changed over the years. I belong to his Web Site/forum...and he's extremely nice to everyone, and posts a lot. He loves hearing ideas...and shares a lot of upcoming Pages with his Members.

I really enjoyed that volume a great deal. It's great to see his process from his point of view.

I recently picked up The Art of John Byrne and Focus on John Byrne from the eighties and it's always fascinating to see how an artist has evolved. He's definitely stronger now than he was in the early eighties.
