They could go either way casting WW... but I think there's a good possibility
they'll go the "Routh" route and cast a youngish type for the WW role
so they can juice that actress for a few sequels while she's still relatively
young.

And, after all, WW is a "runaway" of sorts in most of her origin stories
and that "young look" can work with that idea.

Yes, I am aware of Wonder Woman's creator William Moulton Marston's penchant for bondage. That aside, Wonder Woman as a character has become the one truly iconic and best known female super hero. I personally find the idea of her in some porno parody to be very distasteful.

Any legendary character put into a porn would be labelled "distasteful"
by serious fans not connecting two such entities
("Iconic fictional character" and "Porn"), but apparently
enough do to make the movie (i.e. there's enough potential demand for a WW
porn flick as opposed to a POPEYE parody porn...which actually isn't
a bad idea now that I think about it...'cause altho' Olive is no sexpot,
the boys in the cartoon sure treated her like one....well, except for Wimpy).

And I totally respect the Batman fans repelled by the Bat porno. I think it's creepy as well. But I don't think you are quite getting why it is in particularly poor taste to have a strong female icon and role model like WW in some porno.

No picketing or drama from me. Boycotting an item that I would not buy in the first place doesn't exactly send them a message. I find it distasteful and that's the end of it.

If you're saying that makes her a "special case" in having her in porno

other icons in my opinion.
