Backlog of comics

I read them when I go do the laundry.....even now that I'm not collecting i still take stuff an reread them again.

new stuff generally when it comes out except for miniseries where i might wait for all the issues. old stuff i wait for the complete story if it's a multi issue run and some old serie like Partridge Family or Monkees i 've waited until i got the whole run and now i can start to enjoy them. right after i watch and old episode on tape or dvd to get the voices back for the characters.

I've been meaning to start collecting Partridge Family comics. (I know, I can't believe I still haven't started those), but I never knew they had Monkees! Thanks Bobby!

You'd be surprised what shows had their own comic books. Pretty much everything you could think of back then had at least one issue of something.

I have two piles. One is my weekly pick ups I hold until the weekend and I read Friday night/Saturday morning/night. The other is the stuff is back issues I pick up at my twice monthly visits to comic conventions and any other back issues I may pick up eslewhere. I read one or two of those a night and am actually down to something like my last 6. Of course the same day I come back from Mego Meet is one of the conventions so I'm sure I'll "restock" then.
