Once Bruce Wayne is back as Batman...

Who should be wearing which costume identity within the Bat-Family?

You've got Damian Wayne-Al Ghul, Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown, Cassandra Cain, Jason Todd and Dick Grayson who have all played costume roulette in the past two years.

Who should be Robin? Red Robin? Red Hood? Batgirl? Spoiler? Nightwing?

I'd like to see Damian killed (or revealed to NOT be Bruce Wayne's son but maybe a Bruce Wayne clone created by Ra's Al Ghul)...

Same fate for Jason Todd, kill 'im off....maybe this time with a heavier crowbar

Stephanie Brown as Batgirl...Keep Cassandra Cain with the League of Assassins or whatever sh'es doing now...

Dick Grayson becomes RED Robin (pushing him toward the Kingdom Come version) and starts working with Batman again. Tim Drake picks up the Nightwing mantle and stops working with Batman.

DC is hinting at multiple Batmen. The Batman and Robin book is selling so well with Dick and Damian, that the company is hesitant to break it up. They have time to play with it. Bruce doesn't have to be back as Batman until summer of 2012 for the movie. And there has always been the theory of multiple Batmen anyway.

I do think it would be appropriate for Joker to finish the job he started back in 1988 or whenever it was with Jason Todd. If he had to come back as the Red Hood, then he should have died at the end of that story. It's going to be interesting how Todd is resurrected in the direct to DVD movie coming out in a month or so. I don't think they are going to lay it off on Superboy Prime changing history like in Infinite Crisis..

I like Stephanie as Batgirl with Barbra as a mentor. Wouldn't mind seeing her in Birds of Prey from time to time.

I really think Damian could develop into a Mordred type character to Bruce Wayne's King Arthur if they allow him to age.

Tim's a good character to me. I would keep him as Red Robin and have him head up the Teen Titans and work outside of Gotham individually.

As for Dick, Nightwing seems appropriate. But I do like him in the JLA.

Bruce is Batman.

I hate the Red Robin Costume, not because it's Alex Ross (though that doesn't help), but because that cowl is just awful. Put Tim in a domino mask, and that outfit and it's awesome.

he looks great in the costume, when he's not wearing that ugly cowl, so give him his old domino mask, and that costume, and I'm cool with it.

I'm tired of DC having multiples of the same hero at the same time. One Flash, One Batman, One Robin, One Green Arrow. I'm okay with the Green Lantern's being multiples.

I love the legacies, I just wish they'd keep going FORWARD, instead of back.

That said, I think Batman, Green Arrow, and Aquaman should (almost) always be Bruce, Ollie, and Arthur.

but I do like Dick as Batman, and I like Connor Hawke as Green Arrow.

that said, if you only have one of each, then you're gonna have fans at each other's throats as to who should be the ONE.

I say that Flash should be anybody who can run fast. Meaning, start a new Flash book, but don't make it JUST Barry. If you wanna do a Jay story, do a Jay story. If you wanna do a Wally story, do a Wally Story. Wanna do a story about Johnny and Jesse Quick?, Do a story about Johnny and Jesse Quick!

I think it'd be doable, I'd hate to see a "Flash Corps" book where you have all of the other guys, and then one book dedicated to the one they deem 'worthy' because in the case of the Flash especially, I disagree with the one they have chosen.

Wally earned his place, and is THE Flash. He's got more experience than any other bearer of the name, and has appeared in far more single issues than most of them combined.

That is just plain MEAN!

Dick has been the best character developed in the history of comics and deserves to be a grown man hero for years to come.

Stephanie has already been killed off once (supposedly) and is a interesting character who also deserves to be developed properly.

Now you are more than welcome to kill off damien. the rest however i like. I know this is wrong to some , but for me..... you could have kept Bruce dead. He's still alive in all the elsewhere universes and you can tell stories of him there.

Frankly even though 2 of my all time favorite characters are Hal and Ollie i was okay with them killing them off and moving on. too bad no one has the guts to stick with a decision. so when some hotshot writer or artist wants to work on a dead character these companies let them change history and bring them back causing the problems facing DC and Marvel today.

It's impossible for me to read any story with Dick as Batman,... I do not look at the character as Batman, I look at him as Nightwing standing there,... it happened again lastnight with the New Justice League book,... and over the weekend with the Arsenal # 3 book.

I figured with Bruce back, why not Kill Dick off,... considering he was suppost to die anyway's in Infinite Crisis ..., that Grim Reaper has got to still be looking for him.

That would be the ultimate slap in the Face to the Fans...I LOVE the Character of Dick Grayson.

Well, I pretty much HAVE stopped reading comics (new ones, anyway) but if they killed Dick Grayson, then I'd have to burn my collection. Well, not really, but I'd think about it.

Anthony's ideas sound good. I can't abide Damian. It's impossible for me to conceive of Dick putting up with that psycho as Robin. Sure the dynamic is interesting, but I can't see it happening. I'd love to see him revealed as anything BUT Bruce's son.

I too hate the Damian character. I prefer Dick as Nightwing and Tim as Red Robin though.

I liked Kingdom Come a lot, but I think of it as an Elseworlds or Earth 27.6. There are so many things in current continuity that don't jive that I don't see any reason to try to tie anything else to it.

I stopped caring about Batgirl awhile ago.
