It would make sense to me if they were covering the story of how Prof X and Magneto met.


It's easier to put Mcavoy in make-up to age him than CG Patrick Stewart for an entire film.

I would love to see Jude Law as a young Magneto.

Well, I'm happy to see that Fox is hiring Actors of his Caliber. That's one of the secrets of making a good Comic Book Movie(Chris Nolan knows that)...and McAvoy certainly has the acting chops.
