Yeah I'm not buying the "raise the dead" angle nor the techy-weaponry....Looks like a rental at best...And that's a shame because they're doing some really good stuff with Jonah in the comics but obviously Hollywood feels the have to sex things up cause straight westerns don't sell anymore...

Monumentally disappointed. It's my last remaining 'serious' DC pull, and this movie doesn't remotely do it justice. I know there have been several incarnations of Jonah Hex over the years, and it sure looks like this combines all the crappiest bits of each one.

        I'm still going!!!
First in line last to leave!!!
        I can't help it,It's what I've been waiting 30+ years for...
I think the raise the dead is just a communicate with the dead angle similar to hell boy.I don't know where it came from but I could live with that over the raising bit.
        The countdown is on.
On a side note is anybody picking up the new hardcover "No Way Back"?
It is suppose to hit shelves next week.

I'm still going. I have never read any of his comics. Though I hear good things. It might be best if I see the movie first so I can go in unbiased. Then I can read the comics and grow to hate the film.
