Didn't Tony make the round shield (I know he's made replacement over the years)...
I was under the impression Cap went ice cold with the original shield shaped shield.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Nahh, the round shield showed up pretty early in the Simon/Kirby Cap issues. In Avengers 4 he was found with the round shield.You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

It's so funny.....he uses it as a level (I just saw it). and another spoiler the shield agent who's there when he uses the shield has to leave for New Mexico (Guess that's where Thor is).Comment

I wonder if they are borrowing the comic storyline where Stark builds Cap a magnetic shield that he uses for a while then disgards because the science "ruins" the delicate balance of the original shield.Comment
