I feel a little better knowing she's a white Martian(No, I'm not a Martian racist....it just bothered me that they would mess with John being the last greenie) I assume the masquerade as a green one is so that people won't think that she's evil.

Good guess! M'gann M'orzz (Megan Morse).
She was introduced as one of the lame throw-a-way Teen Titans invented for 52 that were based on existing heroes (like Molecule, Power Boy, Little Barda), but proved to have an interesting twist given the fact that she wasn't quite as saccharine as she initially appeared.
