Age of TV Heroes - Anyone got this yet?

I've been pondering ordering this, but wanted some opinions beforehand. It's 27 dollars and only 192 pages. Kinda pricey, but I'd get it if it's really good.

    Anyone?

I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

I ordered it from Amazon. It looks really well-done. It's full-color, so the price is understandable.

Yes, I got a copy two weeks ago through Diamond Comics.

I read through this a week or so ago, and it's a good read. I learned some things I didn't know, and that weren't repeated a million times elsewhere. There were some minor mistakes I caught (but just about every genre book does), but overall it's very informative and thorough. There is a big section on the DC Sea World shows, which should interest anyone here who has been following Brian's PS posts about these. The interviews are good and reveal some new tidbits from folks like Adam West and Jack (Jimmy Olsen) Larson that I hadn't heard them mention before.

I'd recommend it to anyone interested in Super Heroes in other media. And who here isn't?

One more thing: The photos in here are great and the cover by Ross is stellar, but he painted George Reeves eyes BROWN. They were BLUE (I just confirmed this by watching a color episode last night). I'm not sure where he got that from.

I've not had a chance to read it, but the photos are fantastic. Brought back a lot of memories. The cover is my current favorite work by Ross. His Lynda Carter Wonder Woman is just beautiful.

I would love for him to do a treasury edition featuring Superman, Batman and Robin and Wonder Woman drawn as George Reeves, Adam West, Burt Ward and Carter.

Something like that would sell big time in a trade, I would think, because those actors were the characters to so many people.
