Season 5 Premier of The Batman

I swear it's George Newbern as Supes, Dana Delany as Lois, and Clancy Brown as Lex. Can't find any confirmation, but that's who it has to be voicing these parts.

I was recording it while my son was watching it...didn't sit down to watch it all but I did here Luthor's voice and it did sound like Brown. I'll check it later and see I'll be watching this season with all the guest stars lined up.

And I just got back from over there. They confirmed that is who did the voices of Superman,Lois and Lex.

Yep, it's the voice cast from Justice League for the Supes characters. Story goes that Andrea Romano (voice director for all the DC toons from BTAS on) was a on a tight schedule to record this two parter, and went with the obvious choices. I thought it worked perfectly.

I even like the Superman design. There's a bit of Christopher Reeve in both Clark and Superman.

Both this and the Legion had strong premieres. It's not JLU, but its pretty darn good.

I was so busy with my college football fix, I couldn't confirm it, but my niece was watching and I could have sworn I heard those familiar voices. I just couldn't "square the circle" with those voices and that animation style.

Nice touch for this series and with nothing else out there from DC (aside from "Legion" which I love), I say, "make it as great as you can!".

Still say "The Batman" has the coolest theme song for a recent cartoon.
I'd record it for that alone!

Just caught it today. I was looking at the listings and it's now on at a time (11:30) the adult in me can deal with. What a great episode to catch!
I enjoyed it quite a bit and having the familiar voices was great. Don't know how the rest of the regular episodes will be, but I'm looking forward to following this show.
