Looks like Ruby/Spears and Sid and Marty Krofft are all set to unleash all these characters Kirby worked on in the eighties that were never initially given the green-light.

That Warriors of Illusion HAS to have some Gil Kane work in it. There's Kane all over it, especially that center figure. And Kane was the chief designer on the 88 Superman toon from Ruby Spears.

Edited to add: That pic in the link with the kids and the little heroes jumping out is also Kane. It even looks like his actual artwork there.

the art looks hit or miss, but it's amazing it was kept a secret for so long.

Most of this stuff was released in the Jack Kirby Archives trading card set from Comic Images in 1994. The cards have tons of detail on what Jack was pitching. An there's also a good deal of Gil Kane mixed in with Kirby on some of it as well. You can buy these really cheap on Ebay or at some comic shops etc. I think I paid $5-6 for a sealed box a few years ago...
