Aquaman all the way....Namor has always been too much of a prick IMO....back and forth, hero and villain....enough already. Plus, Mera is way hotter than Lady Dorma. And if you don't dig redheads, there's always Dolphin.

I like Aquaman as a character. I have since the fist season of Super Friends, which was my first exposure to the character. Since then I've read the majority of the comics featuring him since he got his own series in the 1960s, as well as the Showcase issues and various stories from Adventure comics from the golden age and silver age, but I can't remember any of them being as good as FF 4, Avengers 3, FF annual 1, FF 33, Dare Devil No. 7, and the Iron Man-Subby fight in Tales of Suspense and Tales to Astonish and the Hulk-Subby fight from Tales to Astonish. Of, course, all of those stories are over 40 years old.
Yes, Namor is a prick, but he's a great villain/anti-hero, in my opinion. I also liked him in the Invaders.
Now, I don't think he's the right type of character to carry his own comic. He's more of a in-doses type of character.
To me, Aquaman's at his best as a supporting character in the JLA.
I'll take a great villain over a supporting character any day.

I like Namor as an Invader and when he was a Anti hero nasty Mother.....I like the Golden age Aquaman but thought he seemed lost in the modern age. Although The way he's been portrayed in the Brave in the Bold flat out cracks me up........

Gotta choose Aquaman here...besides having a more super-hero look, he's a team player and leader. Namor's always a crap shoot, never really a good guy, never really a bad guy. Always an arrogant jerk though. Same reason Quicksilver will never be anything less than a third rate Flash.Comment

Not a big fan of either but between the 2 I like Subby just a bit better. His character is a little deeper in that he can be a bad or good guy.Comment

Namor is cool, but I am way more interested in Aquaman and always have been. And I like the outfit too.
Plus: calf fins beat little ankle wings any day!

I know Subby would wipe the floor with Arthur.. Easily.

Always liked Aquaman, Namor was too arrogant and was used as both good guy and bad guy, i don't like when a person can't be trusted always. and i liked how arthur beat namor in all access, land a whale on him, YEAH!!!"Hang on Lady...
