Although I guess it's not like Harris has really handled the property that well in recent years. A pretty good relaunch a few years back with Mark Millar and Mike Mayhew for a handful of issues, but the Vampirella Magazine was a huge misfire.
Not sure if there is anyone in the Dynamite stable of creators that strikes me as a good match. Leah Moore and John Rappion might do something interesting with it, and Garth Ennis would be good for a short chuckle on an arc.
Even Alan Moore and Grant Morrison couldn't really find much of an interesting hook on the character in their past attempts, although Warren Ellis' run showed some teeth.
