I don't think the Torch mimiseries is bad, but most of the other books I have read from them have bene varying degress of terrible. They always have a ton of potential which seems to go nowhere.Mortui Vivos Docent

Anyone reading Battlefields? I'm enjoying those titles a great deal and hoping that they continue. Great extension of Ennis' War Stories for DC/Vertigo.
Boys is also a guilty pleasure.
I do wish Frank Cho could do the art on Jungle Girl, even on one issue occasionally. It would be great if he could do a Red Sonja one shot as well, ideally on a Conan crossover.
What do people think of thier licensed properties like Good, The Bad and The Ugly, Robocop, Highlander etc? Any worth checking out?Comment

I was reading Project Super Powers but dropped it a while back because of the pacing and subpar artwork (as opposed to the Alex Ross covers)....same for Lone Ranger....just dropped it because the pacing sucks. I was reading Jungle Girl but haven't seen that one for a while. ???Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!Comment

I also have to say I quit getting their stuff due to the poor writing/pacing. the term "meanders" comes to mind. Plus, I'm not a fan of how these guys do business behind the scenes."Crayons taste like purple!"Comment

I had hopes for Project SuperPowers....that died quickly. Hate to say this but Alex Ross has gotten a bit repetitive with his work....It kinda looks the same Same up or down shot or coming at you poses. Then the work inside does nothing for me.
I had High hopes that those books would get me to buy comics again but it hasn't. Passed on Jungle Girl not interested in Tit andass comics......Comment
