Cool He's Checking the Flick Out ..., and Likes what he see's ..., Makes me think it Might be good.

Johns has been consulting on the film for the since September, similar to the work he's been doing on the development of Flash and Shazam.

Part of his new job as DC's Chief Creative Officer is shepherding DC character into films, TV animation an action figures. Dude's got one of the best job's on the planet, from my point of view.

DC could not have picked a better person for that role.

He's shown the ability to juggle multiple series titles as well as company-wide cross overs with relative ease. He must have one of the most organized minds in comics history to wear so many hats. His love of the DC universe is contagious and his enthusiasm inspiring. I don't want to see his actual comic work slip from his new position, but it's bound to happen at some point. He can't write every title.

I like the fact that DC/Warner is getting him involved in the movies. If anyone has an eye for what would work, it's him. The Flash and Shazam are hundreds of millions of dollar franchises waiting to be born. He'll get them done.

The sinking ship Didio built has been plugged and patched by Johns, Tomasi and a select few others.
