She's been seen for the most part in her appearances as being for "the greater good", but I guess the question is, do the ends justify the means?

I kind of agree with Shadow Avenger. Waller has her own agenda. Whether its good or bad seems to depend on the story and the writer, and which side of the fence they need her on for that storyline."Crayons taste like purple!"Comment
