    Looking-Wolverine stats

    Hey there.
In the 80's , Marvel produced a series of official handbooks for marvel universe characters.I vaguely remember seeing description on Wolverine.
Slightly over 5 feet and about 500 lbs.
Does anyone have this and if so could you please confirm.
Am not interested in other descriptions or stats possibly listed in other volumes but specificly in the Official Marvel Handbook from the 80's.

Any input and possibly scans much appreciated.

Sorry, those handbooks are tucked away someplace around here! Hopefully someone will have a convenient copy around.

The updated version is on the Marvel Universe website. All the stats are on the right side. Here's the link to the Wolverine entry:

Wolverine (James Howlett) - Marvel Universe: The definitive online source for Marvel super hero bios.

I have the issue out I think. I seem to recall the weight being high because of the adamantium. I'll have a look for it later.

I found a random "S" issue - so if you need to know anything about Space Phantom, Stilt-Man or Sidewinder just let me know!

Thanks man. Would've been a good idea to post that in the first place. You could have been reading from the later updates and they might have changed the stats. There are newer versions of TOHOTMU that came out just a couple years ago.

I'm not an idiot....he asked for the 80s Handbook info and that's what I gave him. Wolverine was listed in both the '83 and '86 series, same stats. There were updates published in '89 but Wolverine wasn't included in those pages.

The Loose-Leaf versions and subsequent versions of the Handbook were all published after that, which puts those issues in the 90s and not the 80s.

Thought I did see extensive weight in that handbook but as I said memory plays tricks sometimes.(Sure I saw him real heavy in some book).
                      Thanx for the info.

I searched Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe in a torrent search engine and found the complete volumes 1 to 5. I assume 1 is the original 80s version.

A shot with all members of the X-men? As I recall the 80s version had every team and shots of the past and present members.
