He NAME was never given ...
Suit had some added Extra's .... But was pretty right on to the Classic DC Universe costuming ..
The events of the Book,.. with him in It , I guess, Take place just right After the Atom was Going inside People's Heads to make them Talk ( ClayFace ...., Cry for Justice) ..
The Moth Seemed very scared and Concerned about this Idea ..., and stated He was trying to get outta Gotham ... It was Funny ..., Because Tim Cracked a Joke about "get out ? ,.... This Guy Just kinda provoked a 10 to 15 yr stay at the Minium."
... Well I thought it was Funny.
Like I said ... It's about a 6 Page Tease, I thought Was cool,
1 Full Page ..., and then 1 -2 Page Splash put together ..., so it really wasn't that bad of "Milking"

I hated when he became Charaxes....
Apparently Charaxes bit the dust and was recently a Black Lantern. But SOMEONE is running around in KM's old costume and calling himself "Killer Moth" again. (Though why bother? The guy is such a joke in the DCU why would someone want to pick up the identity)

Not long before he became Charaxes, there was a story arc in Shadow of the Bat called "The Misfits". Killer Moth figured heavily into that. He got an updated costume then too. I believe it was the one he was wearing when Neron changed him.
