Another Batman DTV I'd like to see is The Joker's Five Way Revenge....I'm sure they could expand the story some....The Batman vs. shark scene would be killer

Most of the best Batman stories were adapted in one fashion or the other on the animated TV show. I'm pretty sure they did a take on Joker's Five Way Revenge.

^^ There was the shark tank bit for sure on the cartoon. As for Batstories I'd like to see Batman Year One Hundred would be cool, especialy if they could do it with paul Pope's style.

The shark tank scene was added to the BTAS adaption of "The Laughing Fish".

This is the one I am really shocked that they didn't line up right away.
TNBA already adapted Mad Love for an episode, so I doubt Timm would want to do it again.

Most of the classic Batman stories were adapted in some form for BTAS/TNBA, so the pickings are slimmer. Knightfall would be good, but they won't expand the running time on these beyond 70 minutes, so the story would need A LOT of condensing, like the Superman: Doomsday flick.

Late to the party here....my instant reaction was, 'F-ing Winnick.' Does anyone else think that 70 minutes is a tad on the short side for the money one of these DVD/BluRays costs? Even just another ten minutes would allow for more fleshing out of the story. It's the same greed that commands $9.99 for 4 episodes of B&B.

Not a fan of Winnich either but, hopefully they will improve upon the story. Tons of great Batman stories and this they go with? Yikes. And yeah, the DVD's do seem to be a bit short. Adding the DC Showcase shorts does make me feel better about paying for the DVD though. Can't wait til Spectre in a couple of weeks. I think I am more anxious to see that than the JLA story. lol

I'd like to see No Man's Land, Nightfall, and the Killing Joke (Mark Hammil of course as the Joker) before this.

I think they tested the waters with Hush to see if people would accept Jason's return. I didn't much care for the time ripple explanation. I prefer to think it was Ras Al Ghul and the Lazarus Pit. But thats just me. I don't mind having Jason back (and evil) so long as they do it right. I liked his outfit when he was the Red Hood. I didn't much care for him trying to be Nightwing, and he was awful as Batman.

The one thing I did like about Jason's return was the first thing he did when he came back was to beat the hell out of the Joker with a crowbar.

BTAS/TNBA did most of the great batman epic stories. even year one was touched a bit by the Mask of the Phantasm

Gotham by gaslight was excellent, and I actually liked BATMAN the Cult (from the early 90's). Knughtfall is one I really don't want to see at all

I for one would rather see the Death in the family than the red hood for a jason todd story

I would love to see Dark Knight returns as timm animation (let the frank miller hate begin) but since we got 10 minutes of it on the Legends TNBA episode I doubt we ever will

I never get tired of Son of The Demon (70's Rhas al ghul) story line and would love to direct translation in an ainamted neal adams style
