A group of inept amateur superheroes must try to save the day when a supervillain threatens to destroy a major superhero and the city.
I still do not understand how this movie came out. From what I was told Universal decided to greenlight it when they heard the villain was called Casanova Frankenstein so Universal agreed.
Granted it was an interesting movie, but without a comic book character anybody would know (Flaming Carrot) is there any wander why this movie tanked.
