Great series by Dan Jurgens. Awesome art by Mike Perkins. Written in a noirish manner similar to Sandman Mystery Theatre. Features Batman and Golden Age Superman versus Scarecrow trying to sell fear gas to the Nazis. Would be a great opportunity to revive a noir Earth Two. Could get a Golden Age noir Justice Society out of it. Would love to see this if only to get more Kal-L. He is technically the version that launched DC comics. The last issue has a great discussion dealing with if Superman could or should stop the war and kill Hitler.
