Looks to be right before the 1982 Style Guide hit. Wonder Woman has the "WW" symbol, but it's not the typical Garcia Lopez art. Looks to be maybe Dick Giordano, possibly Rich Buckler?

I have a pack of non-Christmas DC wrapping paper from this era as well. Interesting bridge between the 70s art and the true Style Guide era.
