I picked up that calendar last month. It's up above my monitor as I type this.

Finally got a chance to sit down and just slowly read through my copy and savor this volume this evening. Absolute eye candy and a joy to spend a couple of hours perusing. Interestingly, the typeset and layout of the text pages at the beginning outlining to licensees how to use the guide, trademark and copyright requirements, etc. strongly reminds me of that of the D&D Moldvay Basic & Expert Sets circa 1981. Just the way the typeset looked, the style and weight of the lettering in the headings, the way the headings were laid out etc.
