Looks great. I'm excited. I was initially kind of put off by the way the trailer started, but then Gunn swereved us beyond the doom and gloom of the Snyderverse with something truly wonderful and comic book goofy, which I love. These characters shouldn't be taken so seriously. Looks like some of the story elements match what we saw in the DCEU, but the overall feeling is very hopeful and not at all dour.
Can't wait.Comment

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...Comment

I had been skeptical because not a lot of DC films recently have resonated with me. This one definitely hit the right notes for me and struck a chord. And KRYPTO!!!

Hoping for good stuff here. Can I just say though, that I would like to retire the whole "superhero is unsure of themselves / the villain easily outmaneuvers them / hero gets their backside kicked / the public fears, mistrusts and hates them" trend. Oh, and the grungy S-shield thing that seems to be mandatory these days. Tyler's shield often looked like a dirty magnetic vinyl truck sign! Did they not have ScotchGuard on Krypton?
Hee, hee! Sorry, I know it's supposed to be good. Just saw that "walk of shame" pic above and got triggered again!Comment

Gunn says this will be very "Silver Age Sci Fi" and I'm all in. I'm sure bearded men are screaming that Krypto is the wrong breed somewhere but I ain't gots no notes. This looks like Superman.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

I dont' really know dog breeds well, having only had mostly mutts (aside from my Beagle), but I just looked up Fox Terrier, and they can be smooth/short-haired like the comic Krypto is usually depicted, or the "Wire" Fox Terrier breed. So Krypto can still be LIKE a Fox Terrier!Comment
