    Wally's new Flash costume

    What does everyone think?

Would like to see the cowl change a bit and look a little more like John Wesley Shipp's on the TV show,

but this is pretty much what I expected.

New name. New identity. They won't keep three Flashes.

    This won't last.

Wally's daughter is now going by Impulse apparently....she's the only one of the twins with the Speed Force now it seems....which sort of foreshadows the relationship between Wally's kids in the Kingdom Come spin-off, The Kingdom.

They've got 7200 Green Lanterns....I don't see this as a problem. Especially since the Flash has always been a "legacy" character....

Did Liberty Bell II go back to being Jessie Quick? Looks like it...

Irey is the new Impulse after she sucked away her brother Jai's portion of the power.

I would have thought they might have gone for a more radical change in Wally's costume to differentiate it from Barry's... perhaps opening up the top of his cowl to show his hair like his old Kid Flash outfit.

So we have a little of Dave Steven's TV show design, his eye-less TV inspired costume circa issue #50, and the Justice League animated series logo!

I'm wondering how Jesse Quick will be handling dual identity/powers from each of her respective parents. I like how the crack in the liberty bell logo doubled as lightning once her speed powers hit.

Not bad! It does look like a cross between Shipp's suit and the JLU version. The darker red is a nice change from Barry's and reminiscent of this 90s suit (also inspired by the TV costume). I liked the deep red/maroon and silver suit that Wally's alternate timeline double Walter West wore during Waid's last run on the title. That would have been another, more distinctive route to go, but this works.

I haven't gotten the latest issue, but at some point in Rebirth Jessie says her mother really wasn't that much of an influence on her, so the switch back to a Johnny-like costume works. Plus it allows them to give the Flash series some cheesecake.

I agree, face a bit more like the John Welsley Shipp mask and it's a winner.

I was hoping it would be more radical, too.
                      Hey! Check out the pictures.

Yeah, looks ok, not that big a difference from the traditional suit.

looks good (personally i was hoping for the Flash IV blue and red costume from the Flash Special #1 in 1990)
but I'm glad we didn't get anything too funky

Okay, but I would have given Wally a different color scheme at bare minimum. Even though there are a few design differences here and there, the overall color theme is stil the same as the Flash, so it's a tad too close. It would be like two Batmen walking around with the only difference being a slight change in the insignia. I think they need to tinker a little further. This clearly looks like an attempt to keep both generations of the Flash happy by making them look as much like their roots as possible. It's going to be hard to pull that off without some greater distinction between the two.

I liked both the Walter West and the John Fox costumes, although I wish Waid had given these characters a little more substance. Particularly Walter, who's storyline kind of fizzled out at the end after a big build-up.
